All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (engraved items within 48 hours). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Lumeris purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• ✦Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• ✦Items must be in original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging.
• ✦Personalised and engraved items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
• ✦Gift boxes that have been opened cannot be returned.

How to Return

2. 2We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.
3. 3Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
4. 4Drop it off at any local post office or carrier location.
5. 5Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at bylumeris@gmail.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
